Crisis Intervention

Unfortunately there are times when a local church is in crisis. At these times CB Northwest can provide help to churches in a number of ways, including those listed below.

Mediation

CB Northwest can act as a mediator for churches in crisis. Pastors, elders/deacons, or the vote of a congregation can invite CB Northwest in to mediate a situation in the church.

Turnaround

A service for churches needing to redirect their ministry. If a church needs help to redirect their ministry, CB Northwest can help in a variety of ways to turn the church around. Through the assessment process we make recommendations that identify the problems that if unaddressed would bring the church to closure.

Sometimes a church needs to be assisted in a dignified closure. In those rare cases we redirect their resources to church planting.
