Youth Pastor Candidates
CB Northwest assists churches in finding youth pastors. There is a brief information sheet to download below.
In addition to the information sheet please provide a letter of introduction (who you are, family information, conversion story, call to ministry), a one-page resume (education, ministry experience), and a one-page philosophy of ministry. You must also read and agree with the CB Northwest Identity Document, which can be downloaded below. When opportunities arise, either our office or a church will be in touch with you.
